Location: : Leeds - Leeds
Rate: £ 30 to £ 50 K (full-time (per year)) + bonus + benefits

Up to £45k basic, OTE £100k+

Financial Recruitment consultant / recruitment consultant, managing consultant, senior recruitment consultant, divisional recruitment manager
Managing consultant required for a Temps team in a market leading financial recruitment consultancy which provides permanent, temporary, contract, contingency, retained and search recruitment solutions across an impressive client base within commerce, professional services and the public sector.
THE ROLE:
•Superb opportunity for a consultant with a proven track record in Financial Recruitment to take their career to the next level.
•The role will require you to manage and develop a busy Temps team, combining your own revenue generation with the more strategic elements of running a team.
•You will be working with accountancy professionals at all levels, placing mainly into blue chip clients

KEY EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
•Twelve months plus experience in recruitment, with a proven track record of success.
•Experience of recruiting in a temp / contract market would be an advantage, but is not key.
•Strong communication skills and the ability to lead by example.
•Self motivated, with excellent client and candidate management skills.
•Professional attitude to your work.
Basic to £45k
OTE £100k Excellent commission / bonus structure, with strong incentive package.
