OPERATIONS MANAGER
Location: : Leeds, West Yorkshire - Leeds
Rate: £ 40 to £ 50 K (full-time (per year)) + £40 - 50k

Our Client is a cutting edge Creative Design Agency which has built its reputation for producing design solutions which are diverse, innovative and functional.
The last few years have seen their business grow and due to new account acquisitions the opportunity has arisen to join their expanding team as a Operations Manager.
The Role.

- Experience of digital project management of complex web based projects.
- Experience of working with clients at a senior level.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Good organisational and leadership skills.
- Analytical, systematic approach to process.
- Ability to introduce new ways of working in a consultative, collaborative style.
- Experience of administering project collaboration software.
- Knowledge of project management methodologies including Agile, Scrum and Waterfall.
- Experience of working in a technical environment.
The Person.
