The Role
Working as recruitment consultant with a fantastic team of high achievers, sourcing and placing graduates or candidates with solid sales experience into large corporate and boutique recruitment firms
Areas of recruitment specialism range across Information Technology, Finance and Accountancy, Public Sector, Legal, Media, Sales, Marketing and Secretarial.
As a recruitment consultant you will be expected to develop and manage your own desk as if it were your own business – including face to face client visits and candidate interviewing
We have a warm portfolio of clients who have immediate needs for trainee recruitment consultants now
Sourcing candidates through networking, referrals, advertising and building strong relationships in the recruitment industry
The Successful Candidate
-You will have at recruitment consultant experience from any discipline
-Flair and imagination that some others perhaps lack
-Well presented, energetic, professional with a good sense of humour
-Excellent communication skills
-New business development and account management experience
-The ability to work well within a team environment
