Specialist manufacturer and international exporter requires a German Speaking Export Administrator. You will be responsible for all aspects of administration relating to export customers whilst providing full customer service support. Duties include;• Sales order processing• Emailing order confirmations• Advising on out of stock items• Ensuring all orders are dispatched on time and in accordance with customer requirements• Keeping export folder updated• Liaising with German customers on a daily basis via telephone and email• Sending out seasonal brochures• Liaising with export manager and German sales manager on a regular basis• Meetings and telephone conferences with the Export/ German Sales Manager on a regular basis• All export documents and filing• Check and approve freight invoices• Request customer samples and inform customers of dispatch details• Produce weekly reports for Sales ManagersThis is a unique opportunity to develop and attend UK and International trade shows and conferences. You will need to have a good standard of German – preferably fluent, with previous administration experience in a similar role. You will be proficient in MS Office and any other European language would be a distinct advantage.
