The Role:This is an excellent opportunity to join this international manufacturing company in the export department. You will be required to perform duties such as:• Process of orders and enquiries and dealing with factories around the world for B2B orders• Constant contact with Supply Chain for stock updates• Booking of Shipments• Dealing with customer service issues for Intercompanies• Update of back orders for each Intercompany• This role is mainly customer service orientated.The Successful Candidate:You will have excellent knowledge and previous experience of working in an export role along with good customer service skills.You will be able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines along with good attention to details and an excellent and professional telephone manner.You will be a team player but also be able to work on your own initiative.
