Rate: £ 12.6 K (full-time (per year)) + Annual Bonus, Pension, Profit Share, 25 days Holiday
Job Description
An exciting opportunity to join a top banking organisation. Your role will be to handle incoming calls from non fault third parties who have been involved in a motor accident with a policy holder. Your aim will be to provide the third party with excellent customer service and deal with their claim in a short space of time thus causing them as little fuss or inconvenience as possible.

Hours
Candidates will be available to work on a FULL TIME basis with an IMMEDIATE START. As the centre is open between 8am and 6pm Monday - Friday and Saturday 9am - 1pm this would be perfect for someone who prefers flexibility in their careers working a combination of early and late shifts. Shifts will be shift patterns between these times and are agreed at interview. Depending on shift options, at least one Saturday a month must be worked but with that day being given back in the week.
