Customer Service Officer - IMMEDIATE START

Rate: £ 12.1 K (full-time (per year)) + Annual Bonus, Pension, Profit Share, 25 days Holiday
Description
An amazing opportunity to work within a top high street bank. You will provide support to customers on requests and queries relating to the banks products and services whilst effectively engaging the customer and providing excellent customer service.
Training
You must be used to winning people over by applying common sense with an exceptional telephone manner. Previous experience is desired but not essential as in house training is provided. Training is comprised of 5 weeks classroom training and 4 weeks of academy.

Hours
Candidates will be able to work on a FULL TIME basis. The site is open between 06.00 and 24.00 Monday to Friday. Shifts will be a rolling pattern of 5 weeks of 9am - 5pm with one week of 12.00 - 8pm. Shifts will be discussed at interview.
