The Role
Your main role will be working for an Independant Financial Advisor as an administrator working out of branch in Rawdon. Financial Services experience is not needed as full training will be given. You will be speaking to clients on a daily basis via the telephone, email and correspodence dealing with any queries or question they may have. Your main role will be to administer process and procedure of all the financial products, once again no experience needed (administration). A knowledge of Excel, Database and word will be required.
The Person
This is a very responsible role so you must be a good adminisration skills and the following skills will be required, organised, systematic, accurate, tidy, competent, hardworking, people person, excellent telephone manner. Initiative and brains are a must in this role as there will be some technical information to absorb. This is a career job so therefore commitment and dedication will be required.
