Accounts Administrator
Location: : Armley, Leeds - Bradford, Dewsbury, Halifax, Jobs4Network, Leeds, Wakefield, West Yorkshire
Rate: £ 17 to £ 19 K (full-time (per year)) + Free Parking, Refurbished Office
My client is a medium size company based in Armley, West Leeds. The organisation works in the building/refurbishment sector and is currently seeking to appoint an Accounts Administrator.
Reporting to the Accounts Manager, you will already be working the Accounts discipline and will have at least 12 months experience of SAGE LINE 50 ACCOUNTS.
Working knowledge of current CIS (self employment) legislation, within the Construction Industry, would be an advantage, but not essential as internal training will be offered.
Your main duties will be:
· Accounts report generation
· Data Input
· Reconciliation
· Preparing supplier payments
The successful candidate will have the following qualities:
· Diligent and confident
· Good attention to detail
· Able to take own initiative
· Strong IT systems skills including SAGE LINE 50 ACCOUNTS
· Excellent telephone manner
On offer is a salary of up to £20K, the office has recently been refurbished and enjoys a modern ambience and free parking.
