Machinist/ test

Rate: £ 9 to £ 10 (full-time (per hour)) + days only

Sheffield based company require machinist with multi skilled capabilities(toolmaker) turner, miller, borer CNC and manual experience, working with sawn blanks and making test pieces. Fanuc control systems, various materials. The company make test pieces and aerospace components, candidate must be able to read micrometers and work to tight tolerances. Days, Monday to Friday 7-4pm. There is also a position within the machine shop operating conventional machines and producing medium to large scale components for aerospace industry. Apprentice trained candidates preferred or experience in a machine shop. CV REQUIRED. IMMEDIATE STARTS AVAILABLE.
