FT Mortgage Acquisitions Consultant

Rate: £ 13.5 to £ 15.8 K (full-time (per year))

Fantastic full time permanent vacancies to join a leading financial organisation based in Leeds city centre. You will be dealing with inbound calls from customers who are wanting information regarding mortgages. Through effective communication, you will guide the customer through the mortgage application process by matching the right product to the customers needs. Once you have done this, you will take the customer through to the mortgage quotation. You will then post this to the customer, and chase the application by ringing the customer.

If you have a minimum of 6 months sales experience either face to face or in a call centre, thrive on delivering excellent customer service, have outstanding communication skills, are target driven and are looking for a new challenge, this could be just what you are looking for.

Training is held over Monday to Friday between 9am and 5pm. Once training is completed, you will then work 35 hours each week during the opening times of 8am till 8pm Monday to Friday, Saturday 9am till 4pm. No Sunday working is involved.
